Return Policy

Policy for the Return of Originals



If you are unsatisfied with your new artwork, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days of I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Return shipping will be at the clients expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me right away and send photos of the damage so that I can file an insurance claim.

I am not able to offer refunds in the following cases:

Any  item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to shipping.
Any item in which the return process has started more than 7 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

If your piece was a custom commission. All sales of commissions are final. Please see the commission agreement.
